The bus axle products are developed with internationally advanced technologies, including front axle and single reduction axle. The product is driven by hyperbolic gears, characterized by small speed ratio, large torque and high power performance and reliability. With advanced technologies such as optimization design and finite element analysis, the axle casing assembly is processed with flow welding line from South Korea and Haas vertical machining center from the US to ensure the welding quality and machining precision of housing; thus the axle casing assembly is characterized by high strength and bearing capacity.
