ZQC6T53

Introduction of Heavy-duty Transmission:
With the independent innovation and development, Fast heavy-duty transmission products have been rapidly developed into hundreds of models under over 20 series, totally covering the product fields from 4-gear to 16-gear heavy-duty transmission, widely used on various vehicle models with torque of 150 to 3,000 N·m and carrying capacity of 1 to 60 tons, identified as the auxiliary equipment for over a thousand of vehicle models by over 50 OEMs in China and widely exported to countries and regions such as the US, Australia, Eastern Europe, South America, Southeast Asia and the Middle East.
Advantages of ZQC6T53
ZQC6T53 Series transmission assembly is the new generation 6-gear synchromesh transmission assembly independently developed based on overseas advanced technologies. Approved by the provincial and ministerial departments in May and September of 1996 and identified as the “Excellent New Product” of China, ZQC6T53 is the most advanced transmission for medium-duty vehicles and our Company now can produce 20,000 sets of ZQC6T53 transmission per year. The product is of traditional constantly-meshed 3-shaft helical gear structure and designed for speed ratio as per vehicle models in aspects of connection, operation and matching with complete vehicle. ZQC6T53 is characterized by proper distribution of speed ratio, simple and flexible gear shifting, steady and reliable operation and wide application, greatly increasing the power performance, economy and reliability of complete vehicle. Gear 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6 are equipped with lock-ring synchronizer, providing high reliability; the synchronizing rings are Mo-coated and have long wearing life. The constantly-meshed gears and high-grade gears are ground to ensure a high precision, low noise, high strength, small speed ratio variation, increasing the power performance and economy of vehicle. ZQC6T53 Series transmission applies to 4110ZQ, 6105ZLQ, 6108Q, 6110Q and 6BT engines and can be used for medium bus with length less than 7 m.
