Introduction of Passenger Car Transmission：
Our Company entered the passenger car transmission field in 2004 and now becomes the No. 1 among the independent passenger car transmission brands in China and has the independently developed production series including MT (manual transmission), speed reducer for electric car and AMT (automatic-manual transmission). Our passenger car transmission products are mainly supplied for auto makers such as FAW-Haima, South-East Motor, Chery, Lifan Motors, Hawtai Motor and exported to the Middle East.
1. Aluminium-alloy die-cast transmission housing and fork, ensuring the product to be light.
2. Forward gears are equipped with key synchronizer; Gear1 and 2 are equipped with triple-cone synchronizing ring to ensure high capacity of gear ring synchronization and realize smooth, flexible and reliable gear shifting.
3. All gears have long and thin teeth; through optimization design and strengthened, the product is characterized by high torque and low noise.
4. The reverse gear adopts the sliding shift and the shifting lock is used to avoid shifting to reverse gear accidentally after releasing Gear 5 so as to improve the safety and reliability.
5. A fork shaft positioning seat is set to make the shifting clear and smooth.
6. 3-shaft parallel structure (including an input shaft, output shaft in same center line and intermediate shaft, with the first two shaft in the same center line), no overgear and Gear 5 used as direct gear.
7. The product is applicable to various engines with displacement of 1.3 L to 1.5 L.
